Having seen this thing in real life. I think it's close to perfect. Knock me or knock Hublot if you so desire, but I'll hang on to my positive opinions today. This watch isn't for me but it fulfills what I am so often looking for in watch design that I can never find: link a modern approach. I don't want everything to look like a vintage reissue. link Anyway, that's certainly not what Hublot is link for.
Now, if you're link really jonesing for some new watches, don't fret. There are link still plenty of new watches being announced by other watchmakers, big and small. You can see all our coverage link of 2020 releases right here.
The movement, too, is link the same found in link this year's earlier release, AP's ridiculously-thin (just 3.4mm) automatic caliber 2968, which ticks at 3 Hz and offers a 50-hour power reserve with which you can watch the lovely titanium flying tourbillon, set flush at six on the link dial.
Which, let me digress for a moment, is gross. Anatomically speaking, arms link should not move that way. So excuse me for not wanting to be nauseated every time I check the time. Also, that's a link lot of link work for our poor character friends. It's almost Sisyphean (to take another page out of Jack's book) to make them rotate their arms clear around the dial twelve times, only to have to start all over again, ad infinitum.
